Mission Statement

It is our goal to provide you with the highest standard of medical care and compassionate understanding. We pledge to uphold the patient-physician relationship which is based on courtesy, honesty, trust and confidentiality.

Office Hours

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday. The staff and physicians are available to discuss any of your concerns during these hours. If you have a medical emergency after hours after a recent visit or surgery, call the office at (727) 343-3004.

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. The total time for an appointment is based upon information given by the patient or the referring physician. While we do our best to adhere to a timely appointment schedule, occasionally an unexpected delay may arise. We request your understanding when this occurs, and at the same time, we give assurance that your consultation and evaluation will be given the same care and attention that was given to others who may have delayed your examination.

Surgery Centers

Accredited hospitals and surgery centers provide a level of credibility to surgeons. Doctors must meet strict qualifications to be eligible for surgical privileges. Dr. Older has achieved surgery status at the following Tampa Bay Area hospitals and outpatient facilities.

• Seascape Surgery Center, Tampa
• Advent Health Hospital

Fees and Medical Insurance

Payment for our office examinations and procedures is expected at the time service is given. Our office works a with majority of managed care plans including most HMO’s and PPO’s. It is extremely important that you bring all of your insurance information to our office on your initial visit. It is also important that you notify our office when your insurance information has changed.
